Prashant Badugu (born January 11), professionally known as Prashant, is an Indian recording artist and record producer from Mumbai City. Prashant has produced singles for a number of upcoming artists in a variety of genres, ranging from R&B and hip hop to pop and gospel and also worked with many Music Directors from Bollywood Music Industry. Currently he is working along with 'Sivamani' aka as 'Drums Sivamani' who is known as percussionist maestro and member from A. R. Rahman's group. He holds a Strong Background in the field of Hip-Hop. Prashant taught himself how to play the piano and other musical instruments. He developed the ability to recite music, as well as arrange chords to create songs. Prashant released his first mixtape Loved to be hated in 2012 than Tears of Pain and My world my way. He subsequently recorded his 2013 mixtape called the Lost Tape and a instrumental Tape in 2015 Called Power Of Keys.
He is Influenced By Michael Jackson & Stevie Wonder. He attributes Prince, Yanni, The Beatles, Dr.Dre, A.R Rahman as musical heroes as well.
Prashant, who is a singer, songwriter, rapper and music producer, is also the founder of RapBasement Production and Music Maniac Mafia Group.
